Currently, we don’t yet have this option but we’re looking to add gift subscriptions in the coming months.  Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to find out when this feature becomes available.

Drinking away the stress of moving house with a great local roasted coffee sounds perfect.  To update your account with your new address, login to your Account, select Addresses and update both the ‘Billing‘ and ‘Shipping Address‘ if need be.

Your billing period starts the day you sign up and will recur every Week, Fortnight or Month, depending on what you choose.  This can be seen in your Account under Subscriptions and Next payment.

Our standard delivery is typically around 2-5 business days, please allow up to a week for the order to arrive, as 5 business days may translate to about a week. If your order falls outside of this window, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

Sure, we don’t want to lock you in to a particular product subscription.  If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you can do so by logging into your Account, selecting Subscriptions and then Upgrade or Downgrade and purchase the new subscription.  If you have any issues, please email [email protected] and we’d be happy to help.

These things can happen, don’t worry.  Simply login to your Account, select Subscriptions.  Then select the Subscription to update and select Change Payment and update your card details.  If you’re unable to update your details, contact [email protected] and we’d be happy to help you.

Adding a new card is simple.  Login to your Account, select Payment Methods and then Add New Method.  Add your new details and save them.  You can also delete old expired cards, but you need to have at least one card linked to your account.
